Dock & Door Business Supervisor
Location: Santa Fe Springs, California | Job Type: Full-Time, On Road
Pay: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
Position Summary
We are seeking a Dock & Door Business Supervisor to lead our department, manage technicians, and drive sales and operational performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing department with leadership responsibilities and strong potential for impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee business development and sales efforts in the Dock & Door department
- Lead and dispatch a team of technicians for daily installations and service
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial evaluations
- Coordinate customer service, installations, and problem resolution
- Support hands-on fieldwork when necessary
- Represent TMHS professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required); bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience (required)
- 2+ years of Dock & Door industry experience (required)
- Strong B2B sales experience and mechanical knowledge
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders, work overhead, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable using hand tools and working on-site
- Ability to drive locally throughout Los Angeles County

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
