Step 2: Company Information

  1. Profile Information:
    1. Fill out First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Job title and Requested Role
  2. Company Details
    1. Provide Company Name and Correct Address
    2. Ensure Company Name & Address match SAP CRM data from your local dealership. Contact dealership for more information.
    3. Verify Information.
  3. Terms and Conditions
    1. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Private Policy by clicking the provided hyperlink and checking the boxes within the document.
    2. Then, you can check the boxes on the main page.
  4. Account Type
    1. Individual Accounts: Created for a specific user and their registered location. They cannot add multiple users or request access to additional locations without MyToyota Customer Service assistance. Customers with individual accounts can request migration to a MyToyota Business Account.
    2. Business Account: Available on request to manage multiple locations, users, and permissions. Additional information is needed to establish a MyToyota Business Account.
        1. If a MyToyota Business Account already exists for the company, your registration request will be sent to the account admin. Users can request access to additional locations or transfer their individual account to a MyToyota Business Account if needed. If the company or user does not have an SAP CRM account for the registered address, the registration request will be reviewed by MyToyota Customer Service.
  5. Select Additional Locations or Upload List of Locations
    1. Select which locations they would like access to.
    2. If a location is missing, customers can upload a list of locations for approval.
